Artwork Description: "Ribbons"

"Ribbons" is a vibrant triptych by Art by Bartuch that explores the fluid intersection of light, color, and movement. Composed of three individual studies arranged vertically, the work utilizes professional-grade acrylics on heavy 300gsm textured paper, resulting in a tactile and visually rich experience.

Visual Composition

The artwork features a series of sweeping, translucent "ribbons" that overlap across each panel. The color palette is a sophisticated blend of:

Neon Pinks and Magentas: Providing a high-energy pulse throughout the work.

Deep Purples and Violets: Adding depth and structural weight.

Sky and Cerulean Blues: Creating a sense of airy transparency.

The overlapping layers produce secondary hues and varying levels of opacity, mimicking the effect of colored glass or light filters. The rhythmic, undulating curves lead the eye upward, creating a continuous flow between the three distinct sections.

Materials and Craftsmanship

Medium: Acrylics on archival 300gsm cold-press paper. The heavy texture of the paper is visible through the paint, adding a physical dimension to the abstract forms.

Authentication: Each panel bears the artist’s distinct "Art by Bartuch" embossed seal on the lower left, signifying its status as an original creation.

Presentation: The triptych is housed in a sleek, minimalist white frame with a multi-window mat. This clean presentation focuses the viewer's attention entirely on the interplay of colors within the three apertures.

Artistic Note: "Ribbons" is a study in transparency. By layering thin veils of acrylic, Bartuch captures a fleeting sense of motion, as if the colors are drifting through space. It is a modern, abstract celebration of color theory and rhythmic form.
